ying officially ended her tuitions!
as o levels come to an end, its also time to bid farewell to my students.

ying got emo when she was driving back home.
happy, relieved, sad, emoooo
had my last tuition with my student today.
my student was really sweet, she got me a pair of earrings. :)

i realised i truly enjoyed being a teacher, an ambition i had since i was young.
thanks to mdm wu who recommended me to mdm zainah when she was looking for a tutor for her daughter, i guess that sort of officially started my journey as a tutor.
and my students multiply cos of other recommendations etc.

its really enjoyable being a tutor, being able to help them, see them improve, the joy when they tell you that they finally pass their tests or exams.
there were times when we sidetrack from tuitions to discuss about random stuffs, times when we got really stress up cos they still dont know their stuffs one day before exams.
i must say i am really lucky to have taught motivated students who were keen to learn, i dont have to worry about them not revising their work or stuff.
i pray that they will all do well in their exams and get into whatever course they want. :)

ying misses her classes as well, the classes she taught in JVS.
there were times when you feel so frustrated and irritated by your students when they talk, sleep or even run around the class, but at the same time, you love them for their innocence and sincerity, how they studied so hard as a class just for those chocolates and lollipops, how they grab the chance to help you carry those books to the staff room.

maybe i shld consider being a teacher.
i think i might love that job. :)
